We stand by our premium aluminum systems and glass fabrications with clear service terms.

Standard stock orders may be canceled within 15 days of receipt, provided the materials have not been cut, drilled, or installed. Custom fabrications are finalized upon order approval.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 30 days of item inspection at our Manila facility. Credits are issued to the original payment method, excluding initial handling and logistics fees.

Eligibility Terms:

For items to qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • Items were purchased within 15 days.

  • Materials are in original, uninstalled state.

Non-Returnable Custom Items:

  • Custom-tempered glass, double-glazed units, or specialty mirrors cut to client specifications.

  • Aluminum extrusions that have been powder-coated, anodized, or cut to specific lengths.

  • Items showing signs of site installation, drilling, or sealant application.

  • Hardware components removed from original industrial packaging.

SB Glass reserves the right to deny returns for structural components that do not meet our rigorous safety and quality standards.

Logistics

Clients are responsible for the safe transport of returned glass and aluminum. Please return to our main service hub:

We are not liable for glass breakage during return transit. We strongly advise using professional glass handlers and insured logistics. Refunds require a physical inspection of the structural integrity of the returned components.

Claims

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects in aluminum finishes or glass lamination must be filed with photographic evidence. Approved claims will receive a direct replacement or credit towards future fabrication.

For onsite installation defects, our engineering team will conduct a structural review before authorizing a replacement or repair under our workmanship guarantee.
